Job Summary:
Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients in various clinical settings. Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans to promote patient recovery and mobility.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and establish treatment goals.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and family members on exercises and injury prevention.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Demonstrate excellent clinical assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Have previous experience working in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
• Ability to start immediately and commit to a 13-week assignment.
