Job Summary:

A Physical Therapist is responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing treatment plans to improve patients' physical health and mobility. They work with diverse patient populations in outpatient and inpatient settings, providing specialized rehabilitative care.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions to determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Develop individualized rehabilitation plans to facilitate recovery and enhance functional abilities.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as hydrotherapy, dry needling, and pelvic health therapy.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide patient education on exercises and injury prevention.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid PT license in the state of employment.
• Have current CPR certification.
• Possess experience in outpatient and inpatient therapy settings.
• Demonstrate knowledge of orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric therapy.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be committed to delivering patient-centered care.
