Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse for a 36-hour night shift in a Medical Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care while adhering to clinical and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments to patients in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor patient conditions and document findings accurately in the EPIC system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and escalate concerns as necessary.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and travel regulations.
• Assist in patient education and discharge planning to enhance recovery outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Valid OK or Compact RN license required at time of submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical Surgical unit.
• BLS certification required.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and float within scope when needed.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Willingness to comply with travel and facility policies, including documentation system usage.
