Job Summary:
Seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care on a Medical Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing patient needs within a fast-paced hospital environment, adhering to compliance standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Document patient information thoroughly using EPIC system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Float to similar units as needed, maintaining competence in multiple areas.
• Ensure compliance with travel and licensing regulations, including RTO listing and valid licenses.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license (OK or Compact required at submission).
• BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of medical-surgical nursing experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and adapt to unit needs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Willingness to float within scope and complete orientation modules onsite.
