Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in the NICU, ensuring the highest level of clinical support and safety. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assess neonatal patients and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Monitor vital signs, lab results, and clinical conditions continuously.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide life-saving interventions as needed.
• Document all patient interactions, treatments, and observations accurately.
• Comply with safety standards, infection control, and hospital policies.

Qualifications:

• Active NICU certification required; BLS and NRP certifications in-hand at submission.
• Valid state license to practice as a Registered Nurse, with pending licenses accepted.
• Minimum of one year of NICU experience, with all experience requirements met.
• Ability to work night shifts, 12-hour night (19:00 – 07:00) shifts.
• Must have completed modules related to neonatal care, up to 16 hours.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
