Job Summary:

Provide specialized neonatal care to infants in the NICU, ensuring their health and safety through comprehensive nursing practices. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Administer neonatal assessments and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor vital signs, feeding, and medication administration for neonatal patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and family members to support patient needs.
• Document patient care accurately within electronic medical records.
• Respond promptly to clinical emergencies and ensure patient stabilization.
• Adhere to safety protocols and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state Registered Nurse license or license pending approval.
• BLS certification is required; NRP certification must be in-hand at submission.
• Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience or relevant neonatal nursing background.
• Demonstrate strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (3x12 hours) and weekends as scheduled.
• Must have current certifications and pass background and reference checks.
