Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specialized in Medical Surgical care to provide quality patient services. The role involves managing patient needs, coordinating care plans, and ensuring excellent clinical outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and document all clinical activities.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the applicable state.
• Demonstrate experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
• Possess current BLS and ACLS certification.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
