Job Summary:
Seeking a seasonalTravel Respiratory Therapist specialized in NICU care for a 13-week assignment. The role involves providing advanced respiratory care to neonatal patients in a fast-paced environment on the night shift.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor ventilator therapy for neonatal patients with critical respiratory conditions.
• Manage airway support procedures and ensure optimal patient safety.
• Collaborate with medical staff and providers to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Document clinical interventions accurately within the EMR system.
• Respond promptly to emergency respiratory needs and adjust treatment plans as required.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 6 months of current NICU Respiratory Therapist experience.
• Hold valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
• Have Level III NICU experience and pediatrics background.
• Maintain NBRC certification.
• Demonstrate proficiency with ventilator management and airway procedures.
• Prior Meditech EMR experience is preferred.
