Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care in an IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit. The nurse will be responsible for delivering compassionate patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes promptly.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, including travel and licensing requirements.
• Float within the hospital as needed to support various units.

Qualifications:

• Valid State or Compact Nursing License at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg experience; 1 year considered for certain candidates.
• Demonstrate proficiency in acute care clinical skills for IMC/PCU/Stepdown settings.
• Provide two professional references from supervisory roles within the past two years.
• Pass background checks with minor infractions accepted.
• Submit a copy of current vaccination and Nursys license within seven days of placement.
