Job Summary:
Provide specialized care to patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit, ensuring their safety, comfort, and recovery. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality nursing services in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient status.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Document patient care accurately and maintain complete records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license in North Carolina or relevant state.
• Possess at least 2 years of experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in patient assessment and care.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including day hours.
