Job Summary:
Provide specialized physical therapy services to patients in an acute care setting, focusing on recovery and mobility improvement through personalized treatment plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and safety throughout the therapy process.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments of patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions, including wound care and mobility exercises.
• Document patient progress accurately using Meditech EMR system.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and staff to coordinate care.
• Supervise and support PT colleagues, sharing expertise and best practices.
• Maintain adherence to hospital policies, dress code, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience, including ICU/CCU, preferred.
• Strong skills in wound care, with certification preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently.
• Respectful, friendly, and safety-conscious personality.
