Job Summary:
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with a minimum of one year of clinical experience to provide patient care within a dynamic healthcare setting. This position offers an opportunity to work with diverse patient populations and contribute to improved functional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop customized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aligned with patient goals.
• Monitor and document patient progress using electronic charting systems, including Cerner.
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, treatment routines, and recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Comply with local and facility-specific regulations, including travel and licensing requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current Texas physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the state.
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
• Demonstrate knowledge of physical therapy principles, procedures, and documentation standards.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have at least two years of relevant clinical experience, including pediatric settings.
• Maintain current CPR certification prior to employment.
