Job Summary:
Perform therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility, functionality, and independence within a hospital setting. Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care to diverse patient populations.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical function and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Document clinical assessments, treatment sessions, and patient outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and family members on exercises and home programs to support recovery.
• Comply with all hospital policies, safety standards, and professional regulations.

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience, including clinical rotations.
• Proven expertise in managing complex trauma and neuro patients.
• Strong ability to work independently with a high sense of accountability.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, diverse clinical environments.
