Job Summary:
Provide expert physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility and overall well-being. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored therapy plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve function.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and injury prevention.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or credential as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess recent clinical experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting.
• Demonstrate strong communication and patient-care skills.
• Maintain current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Show ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
