Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide overnight nursing care in a skilled nursing facility. This role involves ensuring patient safety and delivering high-quality patient care through a rotating weekend schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to prescribed orders.
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions during overnight shifts.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update care plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, including wearing photo badges and proper identification.
• Follow infection control protocols, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements or exemptions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff to address needs and concerns.

Qualifications:

• Valid LVN license registered in the state.
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and rotate weekends reliably.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
• Demonstrated strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and infection control standards.
