Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide quality nursing care in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting. This contract role offers an opportunity to support patient well-being through clinical expertise and compassionate service.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately following physician orders.
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess health status regularly.
• Document patient care activities and clinical observations in compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and update care plans.
• Provide patient education and support to residents and their families.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state.
• Current COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption documentation.
• Proven experience in LTC/SNF settings preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
