Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated registered nurse for overnight shifts in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility. The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to residents and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents during overnight shifts.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vital signs.
• Document patient conditions and update care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Follow facility policies regarding safety, infection control, and documentation.
• Wear identification badges and adhere to all facility protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid state registered nurse license.
• Current COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption documentation.
• Ability to work overnight scheduled hours and rotating weekends.
• Prior experience in LTC or SNF settings preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
