Job Summary:
Provides specialized physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, function, and overall health. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored treatment plans aimed at restoring physical function and promoting recovery.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and establish appropriate treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs using evidence-based techniques and clinical tools.
• Monitor and document patient progress accurately, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Supervise and collaborate with assigned therapy assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
• Educate patients and their families on therapy exercises, safety, and post-discharge care.
• Complete all clinical documentation timely and in compliance with departmental standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or an equivalent foreign credential.
• Possess valid physical therapy licensure in all applicable states of practice.
• Maintain current CPR or BLS certification from an approved vendor.
• Be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Demonstrate proficiency in clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation.
