Job Summary:
Provide occupational therapy services to patients to enhance their functional abilities and promote recovery. This role involves assessing patient needs and developing tailored treatment plans to facilitate progress.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and developmental needs through comprehensive assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment findings.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Document patient progress, treatment efficacy, and plan adjustments accurately.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities and strategies for ongoing improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and healthcare regulations throughout therapy delivery.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid occupational therapy license or certification in the required state.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of therapy techniques and patient care protocols.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have previous experience in a similar outpatient or inpatient setting preferred.
• Maintain current CPR/BLS certification.
