Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide occupational therapy services for 13 weeks, ensuring maintenance and improvement of patients' functional abilities. Deliver high-quality care in accordance with clinical standards and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patients’ daily living and working skills.
• Monitor and document patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, therapies, and activity modifications.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility policies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state occupational therapist license.
• Possess recent experience providing occupational therapy services in a clinical setting.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exhibit ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Be flexible to work the required schedule and duration of the assignment.
