Job Summary:
Provide occupational therapy services to patients, evaluating their needs and developing treatment plans to improve their functional abilities. Collaborate with healthcare teams to promote patient recovery and independence.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive conditions to determine appropriate therapy interventions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy strategies to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Document patient evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and strategies to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards for occupational therapy practice.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid occupational therapy license in the respective state or region.
• Demonstrate clinical proficiency in evaluating and treating diverse patient populations.
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain current knowledge of occupational therapy techniques and best practices.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
