Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to patients in both outpatient and inpatient settings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient functional independence and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living, motor skills, and cognitive functions.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other multidisciplinary team members.
• Participate in outpatient clinics, home visits, and local school visits as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in the state.
• Demonstrate experience in outpatient and inpatient therapy settings.
• Possess strong assessment and therapeutic skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Prior experience with pediatric, neurological, and musculoskeletal patients preferred.
• Maintain CPR certification and other relevant credentials.
