Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality emergency care during weeknights and every fourth weekend. The role involves delivering immediate, patient-centered treatment in a fast-paced environment to stabilize and assist diverse patient conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and prioritize care based on acuity levels.
• Administer emergency interventions, medications, and treatments accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress thoroughly and accurately.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, safety standards, and industry regulations at all times.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in emergency room or acute care settings.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and composure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; PALS preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
