Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care in the Emergency Room, delivering immediate and comprehensive care to patients with acute medical conditions. Utilize clinical expertise to assess, prioritize, and manage patient needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions upon arrival and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement emergency protocols and interventions swiftly and accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure safety.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments and interventions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Iowa RN license.
• Hold current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Possess excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in emergency or critical care nursing preferred but not required.
