Job Summary:

Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to stabilize and support patients in critical and urgent situations. Ensure efficient patient assessment, treatment, and documentation according to hospital protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients upon arrival to determine the severity of their condition.
• Administer emergency treatments, medications, and interventions as prescribed.
• Collaborate with medical teams to formulate and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes.
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately.
• Educate patients and families about ongoing care needs and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in emergency room settings.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong critical thinking and excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple emergency cases.
