Job Summary:
Provide specialized surgical care as a Surgical Tech in a fast-paced hospital environment. Assist in preparing operating rooms, handling sterile equipment, and supporting surgical procedures to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain sterile surgical environments and equipment for operative procedures.
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams by passing instruments and supplies during surgeries.
• Ensure inventory of surgical supplies is accurate and restock as necessary.
• Follow strict aseptic techniques and adhere to safety protocols.
• Document surgical activities and assist with post-operative cleanup and equipment sterilization.

Qualifications:

• Current CST or Surgical Tech certification required.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care hospital CST experience.
• Active DORA and NBSTA certifications required.
• Prior experience with Meditech EMR system preferred.
• Previous travel experience at large facilities and robotics skills are advantageous.
