Job Summary:
Provide specialized occupational therapy services to patients to promote independence and optimal functioning. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive conditions to determine therapy needs.
• Design and execute personalized therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about therapy goals and techniques.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy sessions and patient interactions.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license and certification.
• Possess 1+ years of relevant clinical experience in occupational therapy.
• Demonstrate proficiency in evaluating patient needs and developing treatment plans.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Knowledge of current therapy techniques and industry standards.
