Job Summary:
Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative care to patients, supporting their recovery and mobility goals through various therapeutic interventions and exercises. Ensure patient comfort and safety while delivering high-quality physical therapy services.

Responsibilities:

• Support licensed therapists in implementing treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising therapist.
• Educate patients on exercises and therapies to promote ongoing recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient sessions and progress notes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, including ID verification and wearing photo badges during shifts.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate successful completion of a Physical Therapy Assistant program accredited by relevant authorities.
• Hold valid state or federal licensing or certification to practice as a PTA.
• Possess strong communication skills to coordinate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Exhibit ability to follow treatment plans and adapt to patient needs.
• Be reliable and punctual, with a professional demeanor.
