Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Ensure patient safety, efficient workflow, and adherence to clinical protocols during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately to prioritize care.
• Perform and document emergency procedures, treatments, and interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate patient care.
• Monitor patient status and vital signs continuously, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, emergency protocols, and safety standards.
• Demonstrate autonomy and critical thinking to adapt to diverse clinical situations.

Qualifications:

• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent ER or emergency department experience in a hospital setting.
• Current and valid compact RN license.
• Proven ability to work independently and handle high-pressure scenarios.
• Experience with Meditech EMR system preferred.
• Excellent clinical judgment and strong interpersonal skills.
