Job Summary:

Provide urgent and critical patient care in a busy emergency department setting. Deliver high-quality nursing services while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions quickly and accurately to determine appropriate level of care.
• Administer medications and treatments according to department protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient care and progress in electronic medical records accurately.
• Monitor and respond to patient vital signs and changes in condition.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with active status required.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER experience in a hospital setting.
• Certification in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required for contract roles.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and assessment skills.
• Show dependability, punctuality, and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficiency with medical equipment such as U/S, IV insertion, and EKG interpretation preferred.
