Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced hospital setting. Responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care for individuals with acute and complex conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Administer emergency treatments and interventions according to protocols.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update patient care plans.
• Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care as needed.
• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, care plans, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid active RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years emergency department experience preferred.
• Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required for contract staff.
• Demonstrate strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in EKG interpretation and familiar with emergency equipment and EMR systems.
