Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in a busy hospital setting. Candidates must demonstrate clinical proficiency, adaptability, and strong communication skills to excel in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient conditions upon arrival, ensuring timely and accurate clinical evaluations.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with established protocols and patient needs.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individual care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in the electronic medical record system and maintain compliance with policies.
• Monitor patient vitals, respond to emergencies, and utilize advanced equipment such as ultrasound, IV pumps, and Lucas Devices.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families throughout their ED visit.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 2 years ED experience in a hospital environment.
• Hold current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications (required for contract staff).
• Demonstrate strong assessment, critical thinking, and EKG interpretation skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication, dependability, and punctuality.
• Familiarity with Sunrise/Allscripts EMR systems preferred.
