Job Summary:

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to patients, developing personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and function. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical condition and evaluate their needs for therapy
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly to ensure optimal recovery
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies to maintain mobility improvements
• Document patient care activities and progress accurately and timely
• Adhere to all facility policies, safety procedures, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
• Proven experience working as a PTA in a clinical setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
