Job Summary:

Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility, function, and quality of life. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized therapy plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
• Educate patients and family members on therapeutic activities and injury prevention.
• Document patient treatments, progress, and outcomes accurately.
• Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Proven experience delivering outpatient or inpatient physical therapy services.
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and patient engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• BLS certification required.
