Job Summary:
Provide skilled physical therapy services to patients to improve mobility and manage pain. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and establish therapy goals.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapies accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to support recovery.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient responses.
• Ensure compliance with hospital and safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or certification as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess a relevant degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Exhibit proficiency in patient assessment and therapeutic techniques.
• Maintain current CPR and first aid certification.
• Have previous experience in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings.
