Job Summary:
Provides age-specific nursing care to patients in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes. Utilizes the nursing process to deliver competent, relationship-based care and collaborates effectively with healthcare teams.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Implement nursing interventions according to established protocols and patient needs.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency in procedures to ensure safe practices.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members to coordinate care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities and clinical observations.
• Contribute to ongoing professional development and uphold nursing standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license and current Ohio state licensure.
• Certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIH.
• Proven experience in IMC, PCU, or Stepdown settings.
• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and care delivery.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
