Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to adult patients in the IMC, PCU, or Stepdown units, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective patient treatment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient progress and update electronic health records accurately.
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and escalate concerns as needed.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current state registration.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU, IMC, or Stepdown units.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; charge nurse experience preferred.
• Demonstrate flexibility, calmness, and effective communication skills.
• Proficient in using Cerner EMR and telemetry equipment.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and on-call duties.
