Job Summary:
Provide specialized critical care nursing services in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for adult patients. Deliver high-quality patient care while ensuring safety and compliance with hospital protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status and interventions.
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Float to Medical-Surgical units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and competence.

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license in the state of assignment.
• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Proven experience with travel nursing, including renewal documentation preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have float experience and demonstrate clinical competency.
