Job Summary:

Seeking experienced ICU RN for travel assignment in critical care float pool. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency across multiple ICU environments and urgent patient care settings to ensure seamless patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advanced nursing care to ICU patients in neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, PCCU, and ED/PACU units.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient vitals and clinical status, adjusting treatments as needed.
• Float between units ensuring compliance with protocols and maintaining high-quality care.
• Complete competency assessments within 24 hours of start date.
• Adhere to facility dress code, including navy blue scrubs, and maintain professional appearance.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with a minimum of 2 years ICU experience.
• Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated competence in neuro, trauma, and progressive critical care units.
• Flexible and adaptive to float across various ICU environments.
• Comfortable with initial and ongoing competency testing.
• Ability to work 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM shifts, 13-week assignment.
