Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced RN specialized in ICU to provide advanced patient care in a neuro, trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU setting. This travel position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with specialized trauma level one experience requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive ICU nursing care to critically ill patients, including those with neurological, surgical, and trauma conditions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs and neurological status consistently, adjusting treatments as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments adhering to safety protocols and hospital policies.
• Perform clinical assessments and document patient progress accurately within electronic medical records.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety standards, and hospital regulations.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least 2 years of ICU experience, including trauma, surgical, and neurological specialties.
• Demonstrate previous travel nursing experience, with the ability to adapt to new healthcare environments.
• Have current CPR and ACLS certifications.
• Possess familiarity with Epic EMR systems and trauma level one ICU protocols.
• Be able to pass a competency test within 24 hours of submission and provide an up-to-date email.
• Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
