Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Medical Surgical/Telemetry to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. This position offers flexible 13 or 26-week assignments with opportunities for extension and professional growth.

Responsibilities:

• Administer bedside nursing care to adult patients in the Medical Surgical/Tele unit.
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs, report abnormal findings, and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document patient information accurately in the EMR system, including Epic.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and infection control standards.
• Provide patient education to support recovery and health maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license or state-specific credential.
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing.
• Proficiency in Epic EMR system required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Willingness to float to other units and campuses as needed.
