Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated MS Tele RN to provide high-quality patient care on a newly established unit. This role involves managing telemetry and general medical-surgical patients during night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, including dysrhythmias, to assess patient condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive patient care within the scope of practice.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and escalate concerns to appropriate team members.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and facility policies to maintain a safe environment.

Qualifications:

• Active SC license or Compact license required prior to start.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MS/Telemetry nursing.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHS certifications.
• Proven ability to interpret telemetry and dysrhythmias.
• Experience working in a community hospital setting preferred.
• Capable of floating within scope to meet facility needs.
