Job Summary:
The Occupational Therapist (OTR) provides patient-centered therapeutic services to improve function and promote safety. The role involves collaboration with healthcare teams to deliver quality care in outpatient, home health, and occasional inpatient settings.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' functional status and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions in accordance with established guidelines.
• Document patient progress, treatment details, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic strategies to support recovery and safety.
• Maintain proficiency with electronic documentation systems and adhere to regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license and relevant certifications.
• Demonstrate proficiency in evaluating and treating diverse patient populations.
• Possess experience working in outpatient, home health, or inpatient settings.
• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to utilize electronic medical records effectively and accurately.
