Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services across inpatient and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will assist patients in improving their functional abilities and independence through personalized intervention plans.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to promote recovery and enhance daily living skills.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate patient care across inpatient and outpatient environments.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly to meet individual goals.
• Maintain CPR certification and comply with all safety and clinical standards.
• Flexibly work in inpatient, outpatient, and intermediate swing shifts as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license and be eligible to work in the state.
• Demonstrate experience in critical access settings preferred.
• Possess current CPR certification prior to start date.
• Show ability to adapt to various clinical environments including inpatient and outpatient.
• Have excellent communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
