Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery to provide compassionate and efficient care to patients during childbirth. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing obstetric emergencies and facilitating positive birthing experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care to women in labor, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the delivery process.
• Monitor maternal and fetal vital signs using advanced assessment techniques.
• Administer medications and interventions in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress accurately in the electronic health record system.
• Educate patients and their families on postpartum care and newborn care procedures.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Possess current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
• Have previous EPIC EMR experience.
• Exhibit strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) in a fast-paced environment.
