Job Summary:

Seeking a experienced Registered Nurse for Medical Surgical/Tele units, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. This role requires strong clinical skills and adherence to safety protocols to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders and hospital policies.
• Monitor patient conditions, document findings, and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Perform patient assessments and contribute to care planning and patient education.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and facility procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate effective patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient notes and medical records.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Ohio license or compact state license in hand at the time of submission.
• Possess a minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Medical Surgical/Tele experience.
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHHS preferred.
• Provide one recent reference from a manager, supervisor, or director within the past 12 months.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments.
• Be able to pass a drug screen and background checks as per facility requirements.
