Job Summary:
Provides specialized occupational therapy services to help patients restore and improve their functional abilities. Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans aimed at enhancing patients' physical, social, and mental well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient needs and identify areas requiring intervention.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing appropriate clinical techniques and tools.
• Deliver therapy interventions based on established protocols and best practices.
• Communicate treatment goals, progress, and discharge plans to patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Document clinical assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately within designated deadlines.
• Supervise and oversee the work of assigned assistants as needed.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD).
• Possess valid occupational therapy licensure in applicable states.
• Maintain current CPR or BLS certification from an approved provider.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to develop personalized treatment plans.
