Job Summary:
Provides expert nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting, adhering to established standards and protocols. Supervises and coordinates the activities of ICU nursing staff while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health conditions and gather relevant clinical data.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to monitor and improve patient outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and family members to coordinate care and facilitate communication.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment efficacy, and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families about health management, recovery, and discharge procedures.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Experience in an acute care, ICU, or critical care setting preferred.
• Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor.
• Strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and communication skills.
