Job Summary:
Provides expert nursing care to ICU patients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based interventions. Assesses patient conditions, develops and implements care plans, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status and vital signs to identify immediate needs and inform care plans.
• Develop and implement individualized care strategies in accordance with established protocols and standards.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions accurately and safely.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions, care procedures, and discharge instructions.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Prior experience in an acute care or ICU setting is preferred.
• Maintain current BLS and ACLS certifications from approved vendors.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking, clinical assessment, and decision-making skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
