Job Summary:

Provides comprehensive nursing care to ICU patients, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes. Supervises and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality critical care.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients to identify health issues and priorities.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols.
• Coordinate care with healthcare team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Educate patients and families about their conditions, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Document patient progress, interventions, and responses accurately and thoroughly.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Demonstrate ICU experience or acute care background preferred.
• Maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Obtain and sustain Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification as required.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
